In my patterns I have taken inspiration from nature, everyday life and some animals. My patterns are well suited for interior design in the children’s room and for children’s clothes. My name is Louise Eklund and I have been drawing since I was a small child, I have always liked to draw new worlds with environments and characters. My pattern journey always begins with an idea which is then painted with a felt-tip pen on a piece of paper before I colour. I have started the journey and now you can end it by sewing something fantastic that might inspire play and imagination!
