To get better service on Elobina, it is good to create an account for you. Here you will find your orders and can follow up on your order. Your files will be saved in your account for 1 month. If you want the files to remain in your account for later use, you can sign an Elobina service agreement for SEK 1,000 / quarter. These SEK 1,000 can be used for printing fabrics and products.

Personal information provided to Elobina is handled with great confidentiality. Your personal data is protected and will not be disclosed to other companies without your consent. As a user, you must provide your correct identity and you do not have the right to use the web service anonymously or under an incorrect identity. Furthermore, each user has the right to register as a user only once.

On “My account” you can always see your personal information. There you can also change your personal information and choose whether you want offers or not.
Temporary or permanent change of address must be changed immediately on “My Account” to ensure delivery without delay. Change of address should always be made before re-ordering to ensure delivery to the correct address.

Returns and complaints

We always do our best to always send out all goods in perfect condition. If you have nevertheless received a faulty or damaged item, please contact customer service on telephone + 46 (0) 793 41 65 93 or e-mail to complain to info@elobina.com. The complaint must be submitted as soon as you discover the error, no later than 15 working days after delivery from Elobina. Note! In order for a complaint to be valid, you must not have treated the product carelessly and the error must not have arisen as a result of your behavior. The product must not be used either.

In accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (DAL 2005: 59), the consumer has, as a general rule, a right of withdrawal. If the distance contract refers to a product that has been manufactured in accordance with the consumer’s instructions or has a clear personal character, the consumer and the trader may waive the right of withdrawal. As soon as you have confirmed your order, production of your order can begin. Since all products in our range are produced as unique, personal products, you have no right of withdrawal or cancellation of your order. Without your order, there is no product but only white unprinted fabric. Once you have placed your order, we will first print the fabric and then sew it according to your choices. If you have problems with your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible.
With regard to other products such as fabric samples, the main rule applies and the consumer then has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement by returning the goods to the trader within 14 days from the deadline. The deadline is the same day as the consumer receives the product. You have the right to inspect the product. If you subsequently regret the purchase and you have taken into account the above restrictions for custom-made products, you can, after contacting our customer service, return the product in the original packaging if it is in substantially unchanged condition, Elobina may deduct depreciation if the product is returned in poorer condition or can considered second-hand. If there is no fault in the product, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Pictures and prints

The images are stored for a special fee for 30 days, after which the images are deleted. If you want the files to remain in your account for later use, you can sign an Elobina service agreement for SEK 1,000 / quarter. These SEK 1,000 can be used for printing fabrics and products.
Images uploaded to elobina’s website cannot be uploaded to the User’s computer. You need to save backups of your digital image files yourself.

As a user, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the uploaded image does not violate law, morals or ethics. You are also responsible for ensuring that the uploaded image does not infringe on the copyright or other rights of anyone. Elobina takes no responsibility for material stored on the website. You are not entitled to compensation if stored material on the website is lost or damaged.

At Elobina, we always try to have the correct information in our web shop. However, there may be errors and incompleteness in information, texts, images, graphics and other materials. In such cases and to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for damages arising therefrom, unless such damage is the result of gross negligence or intentional negligence on our part.

It is Elobina’s intention to reproduce both our own designs and products and uploaded designs as accurately as possible. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the colors in this web shop accurately reflect the true colors of the patterns and products. These discrepancies may be due to your computer’s color and image settings and therefore we can not guarantee that the colors are exactly the same as on your computer screen. NOTE! The color white is not printed in digital textile production but consists of the base color of the fabric.


Production and delivery

All our fabrics and products are made to order. We always start with a white unprinted fabric.
Production begins when we receive your order. You can track your delivery on “My Account”.

Production of fabrics takes 1-5 days depending on the fabric. If you ordered a product, sewing 1-2 days will be added.

The transport time is about 1-4 weekends. Events beyond Elobina’s control such as; strikes, lack of raw material supply, transport delays at external freight companies or other external disturbances are not included in normal production time.

Uncollected deliveries are the customer’s responsibility and deliveries that were not collected after 14 days after notification were sent back to elobina, new delivery takes place at the customer’s expense.


The currency on elobina.se (elobina.com/se) is Swedish kronor (SEK).
For orders within Sweden, we use Swish, Walley invoice and Braintree Paymentsolution for card payment.
First the purchase is confirmed – then you choose how it will be paid. Braintree (credit and debit cards) and Swish are free of charge.
At Walley’s invoice, their fee of currently SEK 35 including VAT is charged.

Swish and card payments are debited directly while the Walley invoice is released when the goods are shipped.

When purchasing invoices, Walley / Collector Bank reserves the right to make a credit report. However, this does not affect your credit rating and can not be seen by anyone else. Collection and processing of your personal data and credit information is necessary for the credit institutions to be able to process your request for 30 days credit – Collector Bank

Our shipping fee within Sweden is currently SEK 70.
Companies in Sweden can also order business packages with delivery directly to the door for SEK 175.

The shipping fee varies depending on the destination country.
